Vendor Show is Back!!!!

The ITE Central Coast Section Vendor Show on November 16, 2023!

This year’s Vendor Show Meeting will take place at the City of Ventura, Community Meeting Room. This event will be a great opportunity for members to meet vendors and learn about new technology and services that may be useful in their daily transportation needs. Vendors will also be giving a short presentation to further showcase their products and services. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still watch the presentations via Zoom. We hope to see you there!

We are also pleased to invite vendors and consulting firms to reserve an exhibition table and/or sponsor the event. Reserving an exhibition table includes a timed slot to present your products and services to our members. But hurry! Vendor spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot ASAP! Alternatively, you can sponsor the event by purchasing a sign with your company logo to be displayed during the meeting. By participating in either of these options, you will help us raise funds to support Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s ITE Student Chapter. For more information, please refer to the attached Vendor Show Registration Form. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

For more information about the vendor show or to participate, please contact Mark Bueno with the City of Thousand Oaks:

President’s Update

Hello ITE Central Coast Community,

Feeling grateful for the successes this year with the recent joint meetings and looking forward to more fun, now that summer is here. Coming up, we will have a hybrid (in-person and virtual) vendor show at Ventura City Hall on Tuesday, July 18th from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. After a couple years off, we are planning a great vendor show with the latest technology and safety equipment. So please stay tuned for more information, as it will be a great opportunity to network and connect with the ITE community. Other events on the horizon include; the Western District Annual Meeting on August 13-16th in Portland, OR, and a joint virtual meeting with the ITE Central California Section in September.

Please let us know any suggestions or ideas on how we can make the most of the membership and community.

Best regards,

Kathy Kleinschmidt

ITE Central Coast Section President
