ITE Central Coast Section Meeting (Hybrid) – Joint with Cal Poly ITE

Join us in-person or virtually for a joint meeting with Cal Poly ITE!

Jennifer Rice, PTP and Transportation Planner/Engineer from the City of San Luis Obispo, will provide an overview of the 2022 Paving Project. As part of the project, various traffic calming measures and multimodal features were implemented to promote non-vehicular mode choice and reduce speeds on residential streets. Jennifer will present how the City implemented several high-priority projects from the City’s Active Transportation Plan, Traffic Safety Report, Safe Routes to School Plan and Downtown Concept Plan during this routine maintenance project.
